**HealthCare Recruiters International** is seeking Associate Mental Health Clinicians (**AMFT, APCC, ASW**) or Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a full-time or part-time opportunity within an established outpatient forensic mental health program serving the **Santa Cruz County** region. This role offers specialization in sex offender treatment, structured supervision, and long-term clinical growth within a stable outpatient setting.


Schedule:





- 40 hours per week

- Set schedules available between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- No routine weekend shifts; occasional appointments may be scheduled as needed


Responsibilities:





- Provide clinical assessment and treatment for adult sex offender population

- Provide therapy services to non-offending family members

- Complete case management and maintain clinical documentation

- Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations

- Represent the program in community and court settings as needed

- Attend ongoing training, conferences, and professional development

- Provide court testimony when required


Training and Development:





- 90-day structured onboarding and training program

- CASOMB supervision and didactic training provided

- Required to obtain CASOMB Apprentice Level within 2 weeks of start

- Ongoing supervision and career growth opportunities in forensic mental health


Requirements:





- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

- Active California BBS registration (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

- New graduates welcome; supervision provided

- Bilingual Spanish preferred

- Ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care

- On-site in Capitola, CA


Compensation and Benefits:





- $70,000 – $85,000 base salary

- $5,000 relocation assistance (in-state)

- Up to $30,000 loan forgiveness
