**HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI)** is seeking a BCBA,**Board Certified Behavior Analyst **for in-home services across the **Spring, TX** and **Conroe, TX** areas. This is a structured, early intervention-focused role with manageable caseloads, limited travel, and strong clinical support.


Client assignments are regionally based, with BCBAs typically working within **one area per day** rather than traveling between Spring and Conroe on the same day. Coverage includes Spring (77373, 77386) and Conroe (77301, 77384). **Enjoy 50% tele-health for evening hours!**


**BCBA Responsibilities:**





- Provide ABA services for children ages 2–8 in home and occasional school settings

- Oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical progress

- Supervise RBTs across varying levels of care

- Manage a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients

- Support early intervention cases with tailored programming


**BCBA Requirements:**





- Active BCBA certification

- Ability to travel locally between client homes (15–40 minutes typical)

- Availability for after-school hours (3–7 PM) required

- Full-time candidates: daytime availability preferred (in-person only)


**BCBA Schedule:**





- After-school hours (3–7 PM) required for all candidates

- Up to 50% telehealth allowed for sessions after 3 PM

- Daytime hours (before 3 PM) are in-person only

- Full-time: morning hours + minimum 3 afternoons per week

- Part-time: must be available 3–7 PM (daytime-only not considered)

- Full-time BCBAs average 30 billable hours per week


**BCBA Clinical Model:**





- Mix of early intervention and varying acuity cases

- Clients may receive ~15 hours/week with 1 RBT or ~25 hours/week with 2 RBTs

- Limited travel between clients within a 15–30 minute radius


**BCBA Compensation & Benefits:**





- **$75 – $95/hour based on experience**
