A clinician-led organization is seeking a **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to provide specialized** lymphedema treatment** in a flexible home-based care model throughout South Florida.




**Compensation & Benefits**





- Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (COTA – CLT)

- Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week

- Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 – $92,000+ based on visit volume

- Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes

**Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities**





- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT

- Implement treatment plans and track patient progress

- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Collaborate with the care team


**Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications**





- Active **Florida COTA license**

- **CLT certification preferred** or willingness to obtain

- Home health experience preferred

- Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area

- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
