**Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI)** is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for an outpatient opportunity. This role provides assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. **Responsibilities**





- Complete mental health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy

- Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling

- Conduct patient triage and high-risk case reviews

- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary treatment teams

- Provide case management and community referrals

- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

- Participate in treatment planning and team meetings

- Assist with program development and quality initiatives

- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation


**Requirements**





- Master's Degree 

- Oregon LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure

- Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy services

- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria

- Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred

- CADC I preferred

- Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills
