**Pediatric Clinic-Based Therapy | Ages 3–18**


**Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM**


**$80–$92/hour (approx. $166K–$191K annually)**

**HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI)** is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP, CCC-SLP for a full-time, clinic-based role in downtown Santa Barbara. This is a structured pediatric setting with consistent hours, no travel, and a collaborative clinical team.


**SLP Responsibilities:**





- Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 3–18

- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

- Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs

- Support feeding and swallowing needs as clinically indicated

- Deliver direct therapy in a clinic-based setting

- Complete documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking

- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team

- Support children with developmental, behavioral, and communication needs


**SLP Requirements:**





- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

- Pediatric experience preferred

- Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills

- Ability to engage children and support family education

- Open to new graduates with pediatric focus


**SLP Compensation:**





- $80–$92/hour (approx. $166K–$191K annually)

- Open to higher range for strong candidates

- Full-time, stable schedule

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

- Clinic-based role, no travel required
