Chris joins healthcare recruiters with 35+ years’ experience working for Fortune 100 companies having graduated from Boston College. While pursuing a career in sales focused primarily on applied and engineered products, he has held several management roles in which his primary goal was to groom his replacement. Dedicated to aligning business needs with product and people has resulted in his delivering revenue increases exceeding $400M in new business and channels to market over the past 6 years.

Having been the beneficiary of excellent managers, he now focuses his energy on aligning people and companies with the goal of enjoying new success through that of others. Chris found his best work is accomplished when collaborating the result of which saw him consistently leading new hire processes as well as negotiating/navigating difficult business situations.

This sounds like the dating game, but he finds personal happiness being with his family, grandkids, on his motorcycle or anywhere in Italy.
