Director of Training - Executive Recruiter
Richard Reitz has spent over 25 years in the diagnostics space as a consultant to medical and healthcare industries. Rich’s experience includes providing guidance on payor markets, market dynamics, hospital outreach and talent advisory. Prior to working at Healthcare Recruiters International, Rich was Director of Training and Talent Solutions Specialist with Vanguard Healthcare Staffing.
As a managing member of Premier Cardiovascular Consultants, LLC, Rich and his co-founders successfully educated physicians and other healthcare providers across the country on incorporating preventative medicine into their practices. Their national seminars placed a heavy emphasis on early detection and treatment of heart attack and strokes.
Rich started his own consulting company, focusing on sales and sales management training in the diagnostics space where he interfaced with corporate marketing and sales to design and develop training programs and marketing launches. He’s also led programs at the Executive War College in 2019 and 2020.
Rich’s sales and medical training experience is extensive and focused not just on general sales and sales management training, but on specific clinical disciplines. These include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular disease, women’s health, infectious disease, hematology/oncology, endocrinology, urology, gastroenterology, pathology, and toxicology. He is well versed in diagnostics methods such as routine testing, molecular diagnostics, and genomics.
Rich is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Psychobiology.
