Wendy began her career in the diagnostics industry by designing and delivering multiple training programs and also helped launch a major national laboratory’s first in-house sales training initiative. During her tenure at Quest Diagnostics, Wendy quickly established herself as a sales leader managing teams that called on physician offices and hospitals. Wendy was known for recruiting top talent, building and developing “A” teams, and consistently achieving revenue targets year after year.

After her time at Quest Diagnostics, Wendy entered the field of talent acquisition as an executive recruiter in the healthcare space in 2015 and, since then, has placed hundreds of leading sales and executive-level talent. Wendy continues to build her reputation as a “hands on” recruiter with a knack for finding and mentoring top talent to align with her client’s vision and needs.

Wendy earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Vermont and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
