Rich has over 25 years of experience in diagnostics as a consultant to medical and healthcare industries. His expertise includes payor markets, market dynamics, hospital outreach, and talent advisory. Prior to joining Healthcare Recruiters International, Rich served as the Director of Training and Talent Solutions Specialist at Vanguard Healthcare Staffing.

As a managing member of Premier Cardiovascular Consultants, LLC, Rich and his co-founders successfully educated healthcare providers nationwide on incorporating preventative medicine into their practices, emphasizing early detection and treatment of heart attacks and strokes. He also founded his own consulting company, focusing on sales and sales management training in diagnostics, collaborating with corporate marketing and sales to develop training programs and marketing launches. Additionally, Rich led programs at the Executive War College in 2019 and 2020.
