We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to support long-term self-management
- Complete documentation accurately and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, state, and federal guidelines
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Florida
- CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned coverage area
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
