HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join a growing, physician-owned outpatient behavioral health practice focused on holistic, patient-centered care. This full-time W-2 opportunity offers remote or hybrid flexibility, strong clinical support, manageable patient volumes, no call responsibilities, and a defined pathway to physician leadership.
Unlike many telepsychiatry organizations, this practice encourages physicians to integrate psychotherapy with medication management, supporting meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) Schedule

40-hour workweek with flexible 4×10 scheduling option

4 hours of availability after 5 PM on weekdays and/or Saturdays

Approximately 28–32 patient-facing hours weekly

1–2 hours of weekly documentation time

Weekly and monthly training and education meetings

Gradual six-month patient ramp-up at full base salary

Average of approximately 50 patient appointments weekly at full caseload

Approximately 80% follow-ups and 20% new patient evaluations

Follow-up appointments: 25 minutes; initial evaluations: 45 minutes

Medication management integrated with psychotherapy

Board-Certified base salary: $265,000–$300,000+, based on experience

Board-Eligible starting salary: $250,000, with a $15,000 base salary increase upon Board Certification

MD or DO

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
