We are partnering with a well-established behavioral health organization in Naples, Florida seeking a Licensed Clinical Coordinator to support its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
This is an opportunity for a Florida-licensed clinician who thrives in addiction and co-occurring treatment, enjoys group facilitation, and wants to help clients build sustainable recovery while maintaining their daily lives.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Salaried/Exempt
- Monday–Friday
- IOP group hours required: 8:30am–11:30am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Flexible scheduling on group days
- Total weekly hours not to exceed 40
- Opportunity to work additional hours in other programs

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload while meeting productivity expectations
- Facilitate IOP groups and provide individual and family therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients navigating addiction and co-occurring disorders
- Maintain strong communication with team members and community partners
- Ensure a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field (required)
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) required
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment required
- Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, drug screen, and local criminal background check required
