We are partnering with a well-established behavioral health organization in Naples, Florida seeking a Licensed Clinical Coordinator to support its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

This is an opportunity for a Florida-licensed clinician who thrives in addiction and co-occurring treatment, enjoys group facilitation, and wants to help clients build sustainable recovery while maintaining their daily lives.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Salaried/Exempt
  • Monday–Friday
  • IOP group hours required: 8:30am–11:30am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Flexible scheduling on group days
  • Total weekly hours not to exceed 40
  • Opportunity to work additional hours in other programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a clinical caseload while meeting productivity expectations
  • Facilitate IOP groups and provide individual and family therapy
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Support clients navigating addiction and co-occurring disorders
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and community partners
  • Ensure a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field (required)
  • Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) required
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment required
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
  • Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, drug screen, and local criminal background check required
