Physical Therapist (PT) – Mobile Therapy | Cocoa, FL

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $120,000 annually or $61 – $81 per hour
- Paid at treatment rate + additional time for documentation

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema patients
- Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with electronic documentation systems
