We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing and highly impactful area of physical therapy.
- Competitive compensation: $77,000–$93,000 annually or $50–$60/hour

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to support long-term self-management
- Complete documentation accurately and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, state, and federal guidelines
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned coverage area
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
