Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Lymphedema Care

$77K–$93K annually | Full-Time | W-2

Provide in-home therapy with structured caseloads, mentorship, and flexible scheduling.

Join our dedicated team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing in-home lymphedema care. Unlike traditional home health, this position focuses exclusively on chronic lymphatic dysfunction, with structured caseloads and mentorship.

Candidates with CLT certification and prior lymphedema treatment experience will qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus (with 2-year commitment).

Compensation:

  • $77K–$93K annually ($50–$60/hour depending on CLT certification)
  • Non-treatment rate: $12/hour (documentation, driving, meetings)
  • Paid documentation at point-of-care (+10 minutes/visit)

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with an active Florida license required
  • CLT certification (ACOLS, Klose, Norton, or equivalent), prior lymphedema treatment experience (sign-on bonus eligibility)
  • Minimum 1 year home health experience
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds; ability to bend, stoop, and squat as part of treatment
