We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team delivering specialized mobile therapy services across multiple regions in Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (COTA – CLT)
- Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
- Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 – $92,000+ based on visit volume
- Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT
- Implement treatment plans and track patient progress
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the care team
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications
- Active Florida COTA license
- CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
Florida coverage areas are assigned close to home.
South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.
