HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking an independently licensed LCSW or LPCC to serve as the on-site IOP Director at a growing behavioral health organization in Clovis, NM (ZIP 88101). This is a full-time, exempt clinical leadership role overseeing the agency’s IOP and MAT programs, supervising substance use staff, and helping develop strong protocol and ethical clinical care. The IOP Director also carries a small caseload and helps shape program delivery across addiction and behavioral health services.
LCSW, LPCC IOP Director Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the IOP and MAT programs

Supervise staff within IOP, addiction services, and MAT

Carry a client caseload and provide direct counseling as needed

Promote and support ethical care, HIPAA compliance, and fidelity to protocols

Develop and update clinical procedures related to addiction services

Attend internal, programmatic, and community-based meetings

Collaborate with internal treatment team and external stakeholders

Manage waitlists, referrals, and treatment flow

Represent the agency in outreach and promotional settings

Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in audits
LCSW, LPCC IOP Director Requirements

Active New Mexico independent license: LCSW or LPCC

Must be able to work on-site in Clovis, NM (ZIP 88101)

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Experience in addiction treatment, IOP, or MAT programs strongly preferred

Leadership experience preferred

Strong ethical grounding and documentation skills

Bilingual Spanish strongly encouraged to apply

Starting salary $65,025+ depending on experience
