HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a BCBA, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for a part-time or full-time, opportunity to join a leading team of ABA services for children and families primarily in their homes and schools within central Houston, TX. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- 5K Sign On Bonus paid throughout first year
- Guarantee of 30 hours per week paid while caseload is built in your geographical area (even if your not working)

- Benefits @ 30 hours per week, w/ employer contribution
- Hourly rates from 65 -95 PER HOUR depending on experience
- 1 Flex hour per month per client for documentation or as seen fit time for BCBA

- BCBA will have the opportunity to work Full-time or Part-time
- BCBA can have access to regular hours 9-5, 10-6, or 11-7
- BCBA will be required to work a few evenings per week 4-7PM
- BCBA can choose their set hours including a minimum of 2 days per week until 7 PM
- BCBAs will have the opportunity to include evenings or weekends into schedule for additional compensation; not required
- BCBA will work seeing clients ages 2-8 primarily in the home setting and occasionally in school setting
- BCBAs limited travel between clients and carry a case of approximately 6-8
- BCBA cases will include early intervention clients
- BCBA sees clients needing different levels of care, 15 hours per week with one RBT or clients needing 25 hours per week with 2 RBTs
- BCBAs working FT will average 30 hours per week of billable hours
- BCBA is allotted an additional 1 flex hour “non billable, towards billable” per client client monthly
- BCBA writes treatment plans and work to provide parent training
- BCBA has the support of a dedicated Clinical Director, available by phone for consultation anytime
- BCBA meets monthly with Clinical Director to discuss cases, paid training
Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, or Pearland BCBA, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- BCBA certification
- 1+ Years of BCBA experience, preferred
- Newly licensed candidates with extensive RBT experience will be considered
- Passion for ABA services
- Ability to relocated to TX and live within Houston, Katy, or Pearland area
- Minimum commitment of 15+ hours per week
- Ability to work until 7 PM 2 days per week; late start options
