Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Concierge & Functional Medicine

Two Clinical Pathways
- Concierge Primary Care
- Functional & Integrative Medicine (IFM preferred)
What You’ll Do
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- In-office outpatient setting (minimal telehealth)
- See ~10 patients/day in a low-volume, high-touch model
- Conduct extended visits, comprehensive exams, and health assessments
- Evaluate patients through detailed histories + lifestyle analysis
- Develop individualized, root-cause treatment plans
- Guide nutrition, exercise, sleep, and behavior change
- Utilize advanced diagnostics and preventive testing
- Maintain proactive follow-up and ongoing patient communication
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in after-hours patient support (as needed)
- Supported by a full administrative team (focus on care, not paperwork)
What You Bring
- Primary Care Physician, MD or DO (Board Certified – Family or Internal Medicine)
- Virginia license (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of primary care experience
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and bedside skills
- Concierge and/or functional/integrative experience (preferred)
- IFM certification or integrative training (nice to have)
- Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based, preventive care
Compensation & Benefits
- $250K–$300K base + performance bonus
- $325K–$350K total earning potential
