Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goal

Drive new business through active prospecting and relationship building

Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, urgent care centers, and pain management practices

Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies

Collaborate with senior leadership to support regional growth initiatives
Qualifications:

Prior experience managing a sales team

Strong “hunter” mentality with a proven ability to drive results

Experience calling on healthcare providers preferred (medical, device, diagnostics, or related)

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
