Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a growing outpatient behavioral health practice in the Toms River area seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a collaborative, clinician-focused team.

• Manageable caseload: 25–30 clients per week
• 90837 billing (50-minute sessions)
• Approximately 10 minutes per note
• Hybrid model: ~2 days in-office (Toms River/Freehold), remainder via telehealth

Compensation & Benefits
