Requisite Qualifications
Being a natural go-getter.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint) in addition to CRM experience (we use HubSpot).
Job Qualifications
Education: College degree
Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
Scheduling leads and clients for procedures and office appointments.
Follow up and converting old and new leads via Zoom, phone, email and text.
Manages own lead list through an advanced HubSpot CRM system and Zoom meeting calendar for daily meetings with leads and clients.
Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Support the manager(s) with duties and responsibilities such as checking in clients.
Obtains high standards towards meeting goals.
