Physical Therapist, Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic, MA
Excellent opportunity for a seasoned PT to join an established outpatient clinic is Massachusetts. Clinic has an excellent team, and its primary focus is one-on-one therapy of about 8 patients per day. Hours are flexible schedule choice of 3 early days 830AM- 230PM with 2 late days 830AM- 7 PM, with paid lunch and no weekends. We work alongside an exceptional medical team to include acupuncturists, nurses, doctors, surgeons, and collaborate on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PT to come and join us. PT evaluates, re-evaluates, and treat patients without a PTA or aids. PT performs administrative duties consistent with staff therapists. We are consistently learning and building to improving our treatment and evaluation skills. Ideal candidate is teachable and patientcare focused. Clinic offers a great mix of providers. Requires graduate of an accredited PT program. Licensure: current license of Physical Therapy in State of Massachusetts upon start (or pending if new grad). Preferred Skills: Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Joint Mobilization, Taping. Experience in an outpatient clinic preferred, will train. Certifications: Manual Therapy certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid and Dry Needling certification is a plus.
Compensation up to 103K base with quarterly performance bonus, sign and or relocation for the right candidate. Health benefits include, medical, dental, vision with HSA and 401(k). Seven paid federal holidays with additional half days before Thanksgiving (black Friday clinic is closed) and half day before Christmas. Two weeks’ vacation plus forty hours sick time. CME of allowance of 1500.
