UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for our users. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the full design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for our users. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the full design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web, iOS, and Android apps
- Create and maintain consistent, brand-aligned design systems (menus, navigation, components, etc.)
- Translate complex workflows into clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces
- Present design work and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and iteration
- Conduct usability testing and iterate to improve user experience
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design, WCAG)
- Prepare detailed design specifications, documentation, and flow diagrams for development
- Modernize existing interfaces for better usability and visual consistency
- Work closely with developers to validate implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience designing responsive web, iOS, and Android applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and design thinking
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and its impact on design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with usability testing and documenting UX issues
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, or related technology sectors
- Marketing or branding design experience in SaaS/digital environments
- Deep familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
