HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a BCBA, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for a PART-TIME position, with 20 hours guaranteed, and options to grow to full-time with an established and growing organization providing individualized services for clients in their homes and in the school setting from 2 PM – 7 PM.
- BCBA will work between hours of 2 PM – 7 PM
- BCBA will work seeing clients ages 2-8 in the home setting and school setting
- BCBAs will have limited travel concentrated in Alamo Heights, Leon Valley, Kirby, Balcones Heights, or Inner West Side
- BCBAs work PT and be guaranteed 20 hours of paid work weekly, even when caseloads are not scheduled
- BCBA’s interested in working FT can build up to FT
- BCBA will have access to provide early intervention
- BCBA will see clients needing different levels of care
- BCBA will write treatment plans and work to provide parent training
- BCBA will have the support of a dedicated Clinical Director willing to train
BCBA – Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- BCBA certification
- 1 year experience as a BCBA
- Passion for ABA services
- Ability to relocated to TX and live within Houston
BCBA – Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Compensation:
- Hourly rate $65- $80 per billable hour
- $55 per hour until 20-hour guarantee is met
- Relocation assistance 5-10K
- Paid travel time, mileage reimbursement
