HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting a successful business development representative to work for a recognized home healthcare provider in Dallas. This person will actively drive business by marketing to senior living and physician practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
Educate healthcare professionals on recognizing early functional decline and the benefits of timely home healthcare services.
Execute a strategic territory plan to increase referrals and grow market share.
Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, networking, and follow-up with referral partners.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and continuity of service.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and referral opportunities.
Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a patient-first approach.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare sales, physician liaison, or a related healthcare marketing role.
Home health, hospice, post-acute care, or senior healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Strong territory management and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits

$300/month for marketing budget
