HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a CADC-II as a Program Manager to oversee daily operations at an Outpatient SUD Treatment Clinic in South Portland, Oregon. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for a CADC-II with prior supervisory experience and a strong foundation in compliance, clinical quality, and team development. This role supports both administrative oversight and clinical excellence in a collaborative, recovery-focused setting.

Program Manager – CADC-II Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic
  • Oversee service delivery across all levels of outpatient care
  • Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and monthly clinical trainings
  • Provide direct patient care as needed
  • Coordinate general office operations and payroll support
  • Ensure CARF and OAR compliance through documentation review and QA activities
  • Participate in clinical leadership and outpatient management meetings
  • Contribute to marketing, community engagement, and program visibility
  • Support education through outpatient lectures in residential settings

Program Manager – CADC-II Requirements

  • CADC-II or national equivalent, required
  • Experience providing SUD treatment, required
  • Prior experience in clinical supervision or managerial role, required
  • Familiarity with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), preferred
  • Working knowledge of CARF standards for SUD treatment, preferred
  • EHR experience, preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and collaborative care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $64,000 – $68,000 annually
