HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Clinical Director licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) for a CASOMB-certified outpatient forensic mental health program serving post-sentenced clients. This role includes direct clinical care, team leadership, and oversight of outpatient services.
Clinical Director Responsibilities:
- Provide 40%–50% direct clinical care including assessments, individual, and group therapy
- Lead and supervise interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Oversee documentation, audits, and compliance with CARF and CASOMB standards
- Monitor staff productivity, quality, and clinical outcomes
- Provide supervision to associate-level clinicians
- Participate in leadership meetings and community engagement
- Support program development and operational performance
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Provide court testimony when required
Clinical Director Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active California license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)
- 3+ years of post-licensure experience
- 2+ years in forensic mental health or sex offender-specific treatment
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with CBT, STATIC-99R, STABLE, and risk assessment tools
- CASOMB certification preferred
- Ability to commute within San Luis Obispo County or Santa Maria
Compensation and Benefits:
