High-growth behavioral health organization with significant long-term upside potential
A rapidly growing addiction treatment and behavioral health organization with 15 locations and 300+ beds is seeking a growth-focused leader to help drive the company’s next phase of expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully helped scale addiction treatment programs through referral development, strategic partnerships, business development, and revenue growth.
The organization already has a solid operational foundation in place. Leadership is looking for someone who can help aggressively expand market presence, strengthen referral pipelines, increase census, and drive long-term enterprise value.
This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by building something meaningful with significant financial upside tied to performance and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive census growth and revenue performance across multiple treatment programs
- Expand and strengthen referral relationships nationwide
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, legal channels, providers, and community organizations
- Identify and develop new business development opportunities and growth channels
- Partner closely with ownership on growth strategy and expansion initiatives
- Lead and mentor admissions and marketing team members
- Improve admissions conversion, payer mix, and overall growth performance
- Track and manage key growth metrics and accountability measures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong addiction treatment / behavioral health industry experience required
- Proven success in growing census, revenue, and referral pipelines
- Background in business development, outreach, growth strategy, admissions leadership, or market expansion
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly accountable environment
- Hands-on leader willing to personally help drive relationships and growth initiatives
- Multi-site growth experience strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong competitive drive
Compensation & Upside
- Base salary is around $150K DOE
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Realistic earnings potential of $200K–$300K+
- Significant long-term upside tied to organizational growth
