Director of Information Technology (IT)
Lea County, NM (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
$100,000 – $120,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
- Lead all IT operations (infrastructure, systems, networks, support)
- Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap
- Oversee enterprise systems, servers, and integrations
- Own cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance
- Build and maintain disaster recovery + business continuity plans
- Manage vendors, contracts, and IT budget
- Analyze system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership on technology initiatives
- Hire, mentor, and lead IT staff
What You Bring
- 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience
- Strong experience with:
- IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems)
- Cybersecurity / information security
- Enterprise systems + integrations
- Experience managing vendors and budgets
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without chaos
- Strong communication skills (translate tech → business)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit settings
