We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a 39-bed skilled nursing facility in Othello, Washington. This facility has a strong clinical team in place and a history of high-quality care.
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain quality standards and survey readiness
- Support patient care and clinical outcomes
Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements
- Active WA Registered Nurse, RN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
- Leadership experience (DON or ADON)
Compensation
- $125,000 – $140,000 base salary
- Bonus program
