Our client is a well-funded innovator in the development and commercialization of wearable (non-invasive) health monitoring wearable platforms specifically for patients suffering from a range of cardiovascular and neurological disorders.

They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in: web/cloud infrastructure; frontend UX/UI; mobile development; and developing, monitoring and managing software systems at scale (tens of thousands of users) to help build and scale connected solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting connected platforms
  • Build responsive, intuitive interfaces using React and modern frontend frameworks
  • Develop mobile applications using Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android), or ReactNative
  • Design and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECR, etc.) for deployment and scaling
  • Support data pipeline between connected hardware, phones, & web
  • Testing, validation and documentation according to internal processes
  • Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices

Qualifications (required and/or preferred):

  • 3+ years of full stack software development experience
  • Previous healthcare or medical device product development experience
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and full stack development
  • Strong expertise in Web Infrastructure management at scale (tens of thousands of users)
  • Experience building UX-focused, user-friendly interfaces
  • Proficiency in Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android), and/or ReactNative
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (System Observability Tools, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Familiarity working with APIs and connected device ecosystems
  • Experience with FDA-regulated medical device software environments
  • Familiarity with Bluetooth, sensors, or IoT device integrations
  • Familiarity with real-time analysis systems and optimized processing pipelines
  • Strong product mindset and startup experience
