HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Mental Health Therapist for a true community mental health setting serving high-acuity, underserved populations across the lifespan, including SMI, co-occurring disorders, and youth clients in southeastern New Mexico.
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy across the lifespan
• Caseload includes children, adolescents, family systems, and adults
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and care coordination
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary community mental health team
Mental Health Therapist Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active New Mexico license or eligibility (LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LPC, LCP)
• Associate and provisionally licensed therapists encouraged to apply; supervision available
• Experience working with youth and families preferred
• On-site availability required; hybrid flexibility available for fully licensed clinicians
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
• Must pass CYFD and criminal background checks
• Valid NM driver’s license required
Mental Health Therapist Compensation
• $72,800–$108,160 annual salary based on license and experience
