Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA-C) – Concierge Primary Care

Join a concierge primary care practice focused on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and long-term relationships, not rushed visits.
What You’ll Do
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch built in)
- Practice in an in-office outpatient setting (minimal telehealth)
- See ~10 patients/day in a low-volume, high-touch model
- Conduct extended visits, comprehensive physical, and health assessments
- Evaluate patients through detailed histories + lifestyle analysis
- Develop individualized, root-cause treatment plans
- Guide nutrition, exercise, sleep, and behavior change
- Utilize advanced diagnostics and preventive testing
- Maintain proactive follow-up and ongoing patient communication
- Coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Participate in after-hours patient support (as required)
- Work within a fully supported model (admin team handles non-clinical tasks)
What You Bring
- Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant credentials
- Active Virginia license or ability to obtain
- 2–3+ years of primary care experience
- Interest in preventive, lifestyle, or relationship-based care
Compensation & Highlights
- Base salary: $120K–$130K + performance bonus
- Expected total compensation up to $150K+
