HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, OTR/L for a full-time, clinic-based role in downtown Santa Barbara. This is a structured pediatric setting with consistent hours, no travel, and a collaborative clinical team.
OTR/L Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to children ages 3–18
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address sensory processing, fine motor, motor planning, and ADLs
- Deliver direct therapy in a clinic-based setting
- Complete documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team
- Support children with developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs
OTR/L Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to engage children and support family education
- Open to new graduates with pediatric focus
OTR/L Compensation:
- $80–$92/hour (approx. $166K–$191K annually)
- Open to higher range for strong candidates
- Full-time, stable schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Clinic-based role, no travel required
