Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Orthopedics

A privately owned outpatient therapy organization in North Central Florida is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys a collaborative environment, a varied caseload, and the ability to prioritize quality care over volume.
The clinics serve small, welcoming communities near Gainesville and Jacksonville, offering outpatient orthopedic services. Therapists who are CHT-certified or pursuing CHT are especially encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $37.50–$45/hr (based on experience)
- $2,500 CEU reimbursement + 7 paid CEU days

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Optional 9:00 AM–6:00 PM start twice weekly
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient OT services
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely documentation using Clinicient/WebPT
- Collaborate with PTs, OTAs, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate in specialty programs: work conditioning, FCEs, vestibular, neuro rehab, etc.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or pursuing CHT strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for high-quality, patient-focused care
