Compensation & Benefits
Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (PTA – CLT)
- Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
- Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 – $92,000+ based on visit volume
- Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of a PT
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications
- Active Florida PTA license
- CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Comfortably using electronic documentation systems
Florida Coverage Areas are assigned close to home.
