Seeking an outgoing Physical Therapist to join our exceptional providers. We are an established orthopedics and general physical therapy team. We educate our patients offering a collaborative team effort for their wellness. This is not your typical PT job, we work side-by-side with pain management, chiropractors, regenerative medicine providers (PRP, peptides, advanced therapies) specialists. We treat manual therapy, deep tissue and cryotherapy. We offer a structured mentorship program designed to help the new graduate. Flexible schedule day includes your choice of 2-3 (days or evenings) with an option of 4/10’s. Each PT has their daily time set apart during the workday for notes and lunch. Requires Licensed PT in the state of Illinois upon start date. Ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience we are open to new graduates seeking mentorship program. Bi-lingual Slavic speaking candidates in Russian, Polish or Ukrainian encouraged to apply. H1B Visa Sponsorship offered.
Compensation up to 115K base, depending on exp. with 10K sign on. Semi-annual bonus of 5K per year with employer contributes of 25% to health premium. Choice of HMO or PPO plans include dental. CME allowance of 1500.00 per year and 401(k) w/ match. 3 weeks of PTO bonus day off before Christmas and New Year.
