We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with lymphedema or CLT experience to join a clinician-led team delivering specialized mobile and home health therapy services across multiple regions of Florida. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to focus on a highly specialized area of physical therapy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay-per-visit model:
- $69 per visit (PT/OT – CLT)
- $63 per visit (PTA/COTA – CLT)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education for long-term self-management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema patients
- Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with electronic documentation platforms
