HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) for a fully remote leadership role focused on the medical management of patients receiving treatment for eating disorders. Physicians practice within a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care model supported by a highly specialized interdisciplinary team.
Clinical Leadership Opportunity
- Provide medical leadership within a specialized eating disorder treatment program
- Mentor and collaborate with a team of 8–10 Nurse Practitioners
- Contribute to clinical quality, care pathways, and medical decision-making
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- West Coast time zone hours
- No call
- No weekends
Physician Role
- Approximately 20 hours per week of direct patient care
- Conduct new patient medical evaluations and follow-up visits
- Treat children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders
- Manage medical complications associated with eating disorders
- Focus exclusively on ED-related medical care and stabilization
- No traditional primary care panel
Medical Leadership
- Weekly 45-minute case consultation with NP team
- Participate in two weekly clinical leadership meetings
- Support clinical quality and development of the medical team

Requirements
- MD or DO, Board-Certified in Family Medicine
- Licensed in at least one of the following states: CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV
- Comfortable practicing in a fully virtual care environment
- Eating disorder experience is not required. Full onboarding and training provided
Compensation & Benefits
- $280K–$300K base salary
- Up to 15% annual bonus
- Total earning potential up to $345K
- Fully remote position
- All 50-state licensing covered
