Sr. Business Development Executive- Physical Therapy Platform

This solution gives employers, individuals, chiropractors, physical therapists, and so on… a more affordable, effective, and science-based path to recovery—no prescriptions, no referrals- just better care, anytime, anywhere.
Our client is seeking a sales/business development professional to acquire new customers and grow the user base for the Private HC Practice SaaS Platform (Physical Therapists).
You will work directly with leadership and product teams to close deals, generate momentum, and lay the foundation for long-term customer success. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives in a Startup environment and wants to make a meaningful impact and grow with the Company as it scales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sales Execution:
- Own the full sales cycle- from prospecting and outreach to demos, proposals, and closing.
- Target Physical Therapists
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demos that speak how this platform benefits physical therapists.
- Build and manage a pipeline through platforms like Asana, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with a performance-driven mindset.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and conversions.
- Leverage marketing resources and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Represent the Company at virtual and in-person events, demos, and industry conversations.
Customer Engagement & Handoff:
- Coordinate smooth transitions from sale to onboarding/support teams.
- Capture customer feedback and help inform product improvements and sales collateral.
- Build long-term relationships that can lead to renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 yrs of successful sales experience calling on Physical Therapists, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or digital health.
- Track record of exceeding quota and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience scaling products or services and working for a Startup.
- Deep understanding of how Physical Therapists and Chiropractors operate along with contacts in the industry.
- Strong communication, demo, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot as needed.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (i.e.: HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of healthcare SAAS, MSK (musculoskeletal) solutions or digital therapeutics.
