The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers, expanding account revenue, and representing our client as a trusted partner in diagnostic testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company goals.
  • Acquire new healthcare provider accounts and expand existing business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and in-service trainings.
  • Partner with Laboratory Service Assistants (LSAs) to ensure seamless client support.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align sales activities with company strategy.
  • Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Accurately track activities and pipeline using company CRM and analytics tools.
