Pay Scale: Potential annual compensation: $110,000–$210,000 (paid per visit)

- $8K Retention/Sign-on Bonus paid out during the first year of employment for full-time.

Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments.
- Design and implement patient-specific rehabilitation strategies.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations.
- Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers.
Requirements
- Current MN license as a Physical Therapist.
- New Grads considered but prefer minimum one year experience.
- Must want to work in homecare.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel.
- Home health experience preferred, but outpatient/inpatient backgrounds are welcome.
- Passion for client-centered rehabilitation.
- Must work one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month.
