HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking an Associate or Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Therapist credentialed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CSWA with an interest in learning evidence-based eating disorder treatment for adults in Corvallis, Oregon.
Mental Health Therapist Schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday schedule or Monday – Thursday scheduling option
• Facilitate group therapy Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM onsite
• Provide individual therapy to approximately 8 clients per week outside of group programming
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities
• Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team including therapists and dietitians
• Work within an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care
• Primarily facilitate group therapy for adult clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Participate in weekly supervision and treatment team meetings
• Support clients experiencing eating disorders and co-occurring conditions
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EHR
LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, CSWA Requirements
• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field
• Oregon licensure or associate registration required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, CSWA)
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and families
• Interest in learning eating disorder treatment (prior ED experience not required)

• $70K – $105K depending on licensure and experience
