We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private practice seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join as a 1099 independent contractor. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who is comfortable building and maintaining a 25–30+ client caseload and values flexibility with strong administrative support.
Position Highlights

Compensation
- 60/40 split (therapist receives 60%)
- Average reimbursement equates to approximately $74–75 per clinical hour
- 30-client caseload averages approximately $100K+ annually (conservative estimate)
- Psychosexual evaluations compensated at $1,500 flat fee
- Paid biweekly once reimbursement cycle is established
Client Population
- Adolescents (including sex-specific treatment)
- Trauma
- Couples and family therapy
- Depression and anxiety
- General behavioral health concerns
- Psychosexual evaluations (bonus skillset)
Qualifications
- LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Prior 1099 or private practice experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with adolescents required
- Sex-specific treatment experience or ability to conduct psychosexual evaluations is a plus
