We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead an innovative, community-based early psychosis program serving adolescents and young adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary OnTrack team
- Deliver individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, and case management
- Oversee intake, discharge planning, and crisis/on-call coordination
- Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
- Ensure recovery-focused, client-centered care
- Support team training, development, and performance
This role balances direct clinical engagement with supervisory leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in behavioral health
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting
