We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead an innovative, community-based early psychosis program serving adolescents and young adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary OnTrack team
  • Deliver individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, and case management
  • Oversee intake, discharge planning, and crisis/on-call coordination
  • Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
  • Ensure recovery-focused, client-centered care
  • Support team training, development, and performance

This role balances direct clinical engagement with supervisory leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience in behavioral health
  • Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
  • Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting
