A fast-growing healthcare technology startup is hiring Patient Growth Specialists to help patients enroll in innovative chronic care programs.
This is a high-energy outreach role focused on patient engagement, scheduling, and enrollment support.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with patients and caregivers by phone
- Explain healthcare programs in a warm, easy-to-understand way
- Help patients complete enrollment and scheduling
- Conduct high-volume outreach
- Track outreach and scheduling metrics
- Help improve workflows as the company scales
