Join an accredited therapy agency that provides a range of therapy and specialty services to support the overall development of children between birth and three. SLP and SLPAs can be considered for this position, supervision and guidance of a fully licensed speech and language pathologist is available.

- SLP, SLPA will work FT or PT, daytime hours
- SLP, SLPA will provide services in the home setting
- SLP, SLPA must be Licensed in the state of CA
- SLP, SLPA provides early intervention services for children 0-3 within the critical development window
- SLP, SLPA assists one or both aspects of communication
- SLP, SLPA can assists child’s articulation, comprehension, and expressive communication
- SLP, SLPA provides individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
- SLP, SLPA provides consultations to parents, guardians, teachers, and community specialists
- SLP, SLPA collaborates with trans-disciplinary team to children with a variety of developmental and diagnostic indicators
- SLP, SLPA will receive on-going professional support as needed
Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, SLPA Requirements:
- Current CA license for Speech and Language Pathology
- Experience with diverse developmental delays and disorders in infants and toddlers
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, SLPA Compensation:
- SLP 85 – 100 per hour, DEO
- SLPA 50 – 60 per hour, DEO + paid supervision hours
- Flexible scheduling options, no ramp up period, stable client load!

- Cell phone allotment for PT @ 20 hours per week
- Paid CEUs for FT contractors
- Paid commute to each client from home + mileage
