LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical care with a 50% client-facing caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Support Clinical Director with compliance, metrics, and service goals
- Monitor documentation, reporting, and clinical quality standards
- Attend court or case management meetings as needed
- Oversee and coach assigned clinicians, associates, or interns
- Contribute to site development, hiring, and onboarding of new staff
- Represent the agency in community partnerships and presentations
LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or registered with BBS (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- 2+ years experience in Clinical Coordinator or supervisory role (Associates welcome)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings
- 1+ year experience working in forensic or justice-involved settings
- Ability to relocate or commute to Hayward, CA 94541
LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Compensation & Benefits:
