HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Senior Clinical Coordinator for a forensic mental health program certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB). This is a full-time, permanent position based in Concord, CA. This role plays a key part in delivering trauma-informed care while supporting clinic oversight, client services, and program development. LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical care and maintain a 50% direct client caseload
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support Clinical Director in meeting program compliance and service goals
- Oversee documentation and reporting for assigned programs or teams
- Attend court dates and represent agency in county and community meetings
- Provide day-to-day supervision for assigned team members and interns
- Contribute to new program development and staff hiring or training
- Build relationships with external stakeholders and deliver community presentations
LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed or Reregistered with BBS (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in forensic or justice-involved setting
- Ability to relocate or commute to Concord, CA 94520
