HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Senior Clinical Coordinator for a high-impact forensic mental health program in Hayward, CA. Certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB), this full-time, permanent position is ideal for a trauma-informed clinician ready to take on a leadership role within a respected behavioral health team. The Senior Clinical Coordinator will help ensure program excellence, drive compliance, and provide essential clinical services to a justice-involved population.

LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical care with a 50% client-facing caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
  • Support Clinical Director with compliance, metrics, and service goals
  • Monitor documentation, reporting, and clinical quality standards
  • Attend court or case management meetings as needed
  • Oversee and coach assigned clinicians, associates, or interns
  • Contribute to site development, hiring, and onboarding of new staff
  • Represent the agency in community partnerships and presentations

LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensed or registered with BBS (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • 2+ years experience in Clinical Coordinator or supervisory role (Associates welcome)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings
  • 1+ year experience working in forensic or justice-involved settings
  • Ability to relocate or commute to Hayward, CA 94541

LCSW, LMFT, LPC – Senior Clinical Coordinator Compensation & Benefits:
